These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, ring builder tool, text messaging program, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Pearce Jewelers ("we," "us," or "our"). Our ring builder tool allows you to design custom jewelry configurations, save designs, and submit inquiries. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide, including design specifications, contact information, and preferences. Pearce Jewelers reserves the right to refuse service, modify designs for feasibility, or cancel inquiries at our discretion.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All pricing displayed on our website or through the ring builder is in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment terms, deposits, and custom order requirements will be communicated to you directly during the consultation and ordering process.
5. Custom and Made-to-Order Jewelry
Custom jewelry, including custom-designed engagement rings and made-to-order pieces, may be subject to different return, refund, and cancellation policies than standard merchandise. Because custom work is created specifically for you, deposits may be non-refundable once production begins. Specific terms will be provided to you in writing before any custom work commences.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and methods will be communicated at the time of purchase. Pearce Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise arranged.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties
Return and exchange eligibility depends on the type of product purchased. Custom and personalized items are generally final sale. Any applicable manufacturer or Pearce Jewelers warranties will be provided with your purchase. Please contact us directly for information about returns, exchanges, repairs, or warranty claims.
8. Text Messaging Program

8.2 Program Description
When you opt in to receive text messages from Pearce Jewelers, you may receive SMS and MMS messages related to your ring design, saved configurations, appointment scheduling, order updates, and related communications from Pearce Jewelers. These messages are sent to help you stay connected with Pearce Jewelers regarding your jewelry inquiry.
8.3 Consent & Opt-In
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on the Pearce Jewelers ring builder and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Pearce Jewelers at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the ring builder tool. You may use the ring builder without opting in to text messages.
8.4 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with Pearce Jewelers. Typical messages include appointment confirmations, follow-ups on saved ring designs, and responses to your inquiries. You will not receive more than 3 messages per month unless you initiate additional conversations.
8.5 Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Pearce Jewelers is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.
8.6 Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Pearce Jewelers. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. If you experience any issues opting out, contact us using the information below.

8.8 Supported Carriers
Messages are supported on all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8.10 Conditions
